Well I got out of general IT support a while ago. Now I’m manager of a group that does application level support and maintenance, kind of a step below the actual developers. (We call ourselves ‘Google Programmers’) It has the IT lifestyle, without ever having to hear “I can’t print” – We deal with zero end users
